Product Scope

Sumi Klondike Solitaire is provided as A no-ads, no-account, no-tracking ink-style Klondike solitaire.

The product page, App Store download link, privacy policy, terms, and support contact define the current public product scope.

Use of the Product

Sumi Klondike Solitaire is a casual solitaire game. Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, extract or redistribute its artwork, skins, audio, icons, screenshots, code, or other bundled assets, or use it in ways that violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

User Content and Local Data

Normal play does not require network access. Optional purchases are handled by Apple StoreKit.

Game saves, statistics, preferences, and local skin unlock state are stored on the device. You are responsible for your device security, backups, and iOS settings. Deleting the app may remove local app data according to iOS behavior.

Downloads, Purchases, and Updates

Downloads, purchases, in-app purchases, refunds, updates, and account-level store records are handled by Apple App Store and Apple StoreKit.

The core game, all in-game help (undo, hints, saves, draw-one and draw-three), and the free default Classic Green skin are available at no cost. The optional non-consumable one-time purchase unlocks all paid skins through Apple StoreKit. It is not a subscription, and skins added after you purchase are not charged to you. Refunds, billing issues, and purchase records are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Apple platform services such as App Store, StoreKit, and iCloud/iOS system behavior where applicable. Apple's own terms and policies apply to those services.

Sumi Klondike Solitaire does not include advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, tracking, social feeds, cloud accounts, or third-party AI services. Bundled artwork, skins, and audio remain subject to their respective rights and may not be extracted or reused outside the app.
