Product Scope

Sumi FreeCell Solitaire is provided as Classic four-cell FreeCell. Free gameplay, no ads, optional art themes.

Use of the Product

You are responsible for how you use the product, the files or content you import, and any output you create with it. Do not use the product in ways that violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

User Content and Local Data

Games, statistics and settings stay on your device. Gameplay works offline; optional purchases and restores use Apple StoreKit. No ads, accounts or third-party analytics or tracking.

When the product works with local files, local browser sessions, local app data, or local models, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups and device security.

Downloads, Purchases, and Updates

Downloads, purchases, in-app purchases, refunds, updates, and account-level store records are handled by Apple App Store and Apple StoreKit.

Sumi FreeCell Solitaire is a casual four-cell FreeCell game. All gameplay, undo, hints, restart, saving and the Green Felt theme are free. The optional non-consumable Unlock All Themes purchase unlocks table and card-back themes, including future themes in this app. It is not a subscription. Prices are shown by Apple StoreKit before purchase. Restore Purchases is available on the theme page. Billing and refunds follow Apple's rules. Deal numbers are specific to this game; random deals are not guaranteed solvable. The app is licensed under Apple's standard EULA. Bundled third-party audio remains subject to its source licenses, listed in About > Sound Credits.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Apple platform services such as App Store, StoreKit, and iCloud/iOS system behavior where applicable. Apple's own terms and policies apply to those services.

Sumi FreeCell Solitaire has no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and no Hooosberg game server. Apple's terms apply to StoreKit purchases and restores. Bundled art and audio remain subject to their licenses and notices in About > Sound Credits.
