Product Scope

Mood Button is provided as Apple MLX + Qwen3 本地 AI 语音情绪日记。

The product page, download link, source repository, and support contact define the current public product scope.

Use of the Product

You are responsible for how you use the product, the files or content you import, and any output you create with it. Do not use the product in ways that violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

User Content and Local Data

录音、转写、日记、心情标签、搜索词和皮肤偏好保存在设备端；Qwen3 MLX 模型随 App 内置，不向 OpenAI、Anthropic、Gemini、ChatGPT 或其他托管第三方 AI 服务发送用户内容。Apple Speech 可能按系统能力处理语音识别；可选天气只在位置授权后向 Open-Meteo 请求四舍五入后的坐标。

When the product works with local files, local browser sessions, local app data, or local models, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups and device security.

Downloads, Purchases, and Updates

Downloads, purchases, subscriptions, in-app purchases, refunds, updates, and account-level store records may be handled by the platform linked from the product page, such as Apple App Store, Chrome Web Store, GitHub Releases, or another distribution channel.
