Cold Static: Bunker Survival 末日地堡 is provided as 无广告、无账号、无内购抽卡的末日地堡电台生存解谜，调谐短波频率，在极寒暴雪中坚守最后一盏灯。

Use of the Product

Cold Static: Bunker Survival is an offline narrative survival puzzle game. Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it, extract or redistribute its artwork, CRT shaders, synthesized audio, Morse scripts, radio narratives, icons, screenshots, code, or other bundled assets, or use it in ways that violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

User Content and Local Data

正常游玩不需要网络，零数据收集（Data Not Collected）；付费解锁通过 Apple StoreKit 完成。

Game saves, radio logs, crafting inventory, and local unlock state are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device security, backups, and iOS settings. Deleting the app removes local app data according to iOS behavior.

Downloads, Purchases, and Updates

Downloads, purchases, in-app purchases, refunds, updates, and account-level store records are handled by Apple App Store and Apple StoreKit.

Cold Static: Bunker Survival provides the first 5 days of prologue and survival for free. The optional non-consumable one-time purchase unlocks the full 15-day story and Endless Freeze Mode through Apple StoreKit 2. It is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Prices are displayed in Apple StoreKit prior to purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the game settings. Billing and refunds follow Apple's standard terms. The app is licensed under Apple's standard EULA.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Apple platform services such as App Store, StoreKit, and iCloud/iOS system behavior where applicable. Apple's own terms and policies apply to those services.

Cold Static: Bunker Survival does not include advertising networks, third-party analytics trackers, cloud accounts, or remote servers. Apple platform services (App Store, StoreKit 2) remain subject to Apple's terms and policies. Bundled artwork, shaders, audio, and story assets remain subject to their respective rights and may not be extracted or reused outside the app.
